Frequently Asked Questions

Arrival: We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your spa appointment so you can unwind and enjoy a cup of tea prior to your appointment. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled appointments.

Amenities: For your comfort we provide ladies’ and men’s robes, slippers and lockers. We discourage shaving prior to facials and body treatments.

Punctuality: Time is a very precious commodity. Late arrival for an appointment may result in an adjustment to your service so that we don’t run late for our next guest. No-shows will be charged.

Hydrotherapy: These treatment are not permitted for pregnant women or guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, vascular diseases, or those who suffer from seizures or fever.

Bathing Suits: Bathing suits are optional during water treatments. If it is your preference, bring one with you. Our technicians are highly skilled in the art of appropriate draping for our guests’ modesty and warmth.

Children: In consideration of guests seeking a restful atmosphere, we do not permit children under the age of 13 to the spa floor unless they are receiving treatments.

Cell Phones: The use of cell phones is not permitted on our spa floor. Please be courteous to our spa guests and turn your cell phone off prior to entering our spa area.

Prices: All service fees are subject to change.

Spa Refreshments: Spa refreshments are available. Spa lunches are served with packages over 4 hours. Lunch can be ordered with any service for an additional fee.

Valuables: We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to your personal articles. Please leave your jewelry at home during spa days so you don’t have to think about where to put it.

Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in the service price or spa packages. You can tip individually or we can divide it proportionately.

Gift Cards: They always make the perfect gift. Simply add a dollar amount and the recipient chooses what they like. Gift cards are redeemable for services and products. They cannot be redeemed for gratuities, cash or credit. Apple Day Spa cannot accept responsibility for cards lost or stolen, or any unauthorized use of cards. Gift cards must be presented at the time of redemption. Gift cards are non-refundable. During busy holiday seasons our gift cards are available in salon, by phone, online or at our convenient drive-up gift card cottage.

Payment: We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover. A credit card or gift card number is required to hold appointments. Personal checks are accepted with identification and are subject to a $25 return check fee.

Cancellations: As a courtesy to Apple Day Spa staff, we ask that you give us 24 hours to re-book the prescheduled spa service you need to cancel. No-shows or failure of notice to cancel will result in a charge.
